Founder-led AI systems

I build the automation, content, and software your business runs on.

One founder. Real, working systems — not a deck. I design and ship the workflows, content engines, and internal software small businesses need to run leaner, starting with the ones running my own practice right now.

NOTE

This is a new practice — you'd be among the first clients. That means direct access to me, not an account manager, no recycled case studies, and pricing built around getting one real system live fast.

Three engines, one operator

01 — WHAT I BUILD
ENGINE
01

Client acquisition & workflow automation

I design and wire up the automations that used to eat your week — lead research, follow-ups, CRM updates, approvals — as systems you can actually see and control. Every message that goes out to a real person waits on a human approval step. No black-box bots emailing on their own.

Content & SEO

Research-backed articles and on-brand content — drafted with AI, reviewed by a human, published on a schedule. Built to compound organic traffic over months, not to flood your blog with obvious filler.

03

Custom software & app dev

Internal tools, dashboards, and small apps — the kind of custom software that's too specific for off-the-shelf SaaS but too small to justify a dev agency retainer. Scoped tight, shipped fast, reviewed carefully before anything goes live.

The actual shape of the system running this practice: three engines, each pausing at a human approval gate before anything reaches a real person, publishes, or ships — so nothing goes out without a sign-off.

Every engine above is live, wired to real infrastructure — a workflow platform, a database that remembers who's already been contacted so no one gets messaged twice, and a control panel that shows what ran and when. No client has used it yet — you'd be the first — but the plumbing isn't a prototype. It's the same system I'd stand up for you, pointed at your business instead of mine.

How I work

03 — PROCESS
01

Scope

A short call to find the one process, content gap, or tool actually worth automating first — not a wishlist.

02

Build

I build it myself, in the open. You can see the workflow, the data, and what it's doing at every step.

03

Approve & ship

Nothing reaches a customer, publishes, or deploys without a review gate — yours or mine — until you trust it.

04

Operate

I keep watching it after launch and tune it — automations drift, and someone has to actually check.

Tell me what's eating your week.

One reply from Kofi, usually within a day. If it's a fit, next step is a short call — if it's not a fit, I'll say so.
